Founder Lou Cole graduated from Providence College with a degree in Elementary Special Education. Cole is the President and a member of the board of directors. Cole's has worked as a counselor at the John Hope Settlement Home in Providence, RI before founding Louminati Leadership Foundation.

Melissa Cole graduated from Providence College in 1999 with a degree in Elementary/Special Education.  She received her Masters Degree in Literacy in 2007 from Walden University.  She has been working as a special education teacher at Coventry High School for 10 years.  Melissa has been on the Louminati board since its founding.

Abiye Aprekuma Is a graduate of Providence College and holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Business Management.  Following graduation, Abiye joined Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), formerly Price Waterhouse Coopers/ Unifi/ Mellon HR Solutions, as a Defined Contributions Analyst. In this role, he assisted several Fortune 500 companies.

Joe Spaziano graduated from Providence College in 1968 with a degree in Mathematics. He retired after working 27 years for the computer unit of the State of Rhode Island. He is now the co-owner of DataNet, LLC, a computer consulting company. Joe has been on the Louminati board since its founding.
